This shop/garage outbuilding was converted into a studio-style ADU with a bonus loft space. Complete with a full bath, full kitchen with walk-in pantry, in-unit laundry hookups, this ADU is a fully functional space that maximizes the original floorplan to reveal an open, spacious living area, despite having a smaller footprint. The addition of a spiral staircase minimizes the space needed to access the loft on the second story that serves as a perfect family room for relaxing, watching TV, hosting guests (in a pinch!) and includes extra cut-outs to maximize storage within the ADU.
